In this focused workshop, we'll break down the mechanics of Hanumanasana and learn how to safely build the flexibility and strength needed to support the pose. Join us for a focused workshop exploring the path toward splits. Through targeted mobility drills, strength work, and supportive stretching, we'll open the hamstrings and hip flexors while learning safe techniques to deepen flexibility. This workshop focuses on building strength, control, and patience rather than forcing the pose. You'll gain practice tools to continue progressing toward splits in your own practice. All levels welcome no full splits required.
