During her years as a triathlete, Amanda suffered multiple injuries which forced her to find a new way to move. Enter Yoga! Yoga proved to be a valuable healing tool, bringing her to a level of strength, flexibility, and mobility she had never enjoyed before.

Not only that, she found yoga to be psychologically healing as well. With such a strong belief in the power of the practice, she loves to share yoga with her students in a way that allows them to feel safe and confident in their own bodies.
