this website is owned and operated by UrbanCore Studios LLC. these Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. this website offers visitors the ability to purchase memberships, single class packs, and merchandise. memberships and single class packs allow access to classes taught by independent contractors. by accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. individual services or products may have additional terms and conditions.

UrbanCore Studios will keep all your information private and confidential
refunds/returns/exchanges
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
memberships
UrbanCore Studios seeks to be accessible by keeping our UrbanCore membership rates affordable. UrbanCore Studios reserves the right to change membership rate at any time. UrbanCore membership access applies only to classes held under the UrbanCore label and does not apply to private classes unless otherwise identified.
membership pauses and cancellations
Memberships are no contracts. Membership can be paused or cancelled at any time on the UrbanCore Studios website by logging into customer's account, going to "Manage My Membership" and submitting the request. Requests must be made 14 days in advance of request processing. No refunds will be issued.
class changes, cancellations, and substitution of instructors
Classes may be canceled. Teachers may be substituted. Cancellation and substitution will be communicated as quickly as reasonably possible. Class times may be altered or the days on which they are offered may change.
class booking policies and wait listing
Classes must be booked and paid for in full prior to start of class time. Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance through the beginning of class start time. There are no penalties for late cancellation or definition of late cancellation both of which are subject to change. Bookings without attending take the place of someone else and prevents UrbanCore from filling spots for paying students. Be courteous and cancel your booking if your plans change. Repeat offenders are subject to membership cancellation.

When a class is at capacity, you have the option of joining the wait list. We accept up to 10 individuals on the wait list. If a spot becomes available, wait listed individuals will be notified, in order of joining the wait list, that a spot is available. Confirmation of accepting the newly opened spot must be received within 5 minutes or notification moves to next in line. Wait list can only be joined by using the booking app.
class participation
Class participation is at your own discretion after reading and agreeing to the waiver of liability.
Out of respect for other students, no late arrivals will be allowed entrance. Please arrive in time to be ready to start at the scheduled start time.
Please respect the space and practice of classmates.
wellness programs, special events
Wellness programs and special events follow the same terms and conditions above in addition to any specific requirements. Specific requirements will be included in the wellness program and special event postings.
loss of privilege to access of studio
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.
right to change terms & conditions
UrbanCore reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
permissions for use of name, image, and statements
UrbanCore Studios has the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use the name, likeness, identity, voice, photographic image, videographic image and oral or recorded statements that it has taken or will take of visitors to the UrbanCore Studios studio whether in digital, print or any other form now or not yet in existence for any commercial, promotional, advertising or other related purpose or use. Visitors expressly agree to waive and release the Studio, its officers, directors, owners, employees, volunteers, trainers, instructors, agents and independent contractors from any claim or liability relating to the use of visitors' name, likeness, identity, voice, photographic image, videographic image and oral or recorded statements.
waiver of liability
acceptance of terms & conditions include full awareness, understanding, and acceptance of the UrbanCore Studios Waiver of Liability which includes fully absolving UrbanCore Studios LLC and any and all representatives of UrbanCore Studios LLC of any liability in any and all forms.
