Carissa

Hi my name is Carissa Pope! I have been practicing yoga since 2015 and have been teaching since 2018. Yoga has always been a coping mechanism for me to help get through anxiety and depression and through that I have felt strength and healing which pushed me to want to teach it and help others struggling with the same thing. Through everything I have experienced in the last few years, yoga has always been a constant. I hope my classes can help you through the highs and lows and remind you of your strength.
