Taking care, finding acceptance, creating change, and facilitating healing are crucial components of physical and emotional well-being that Miguel implements in his fitness and lifestyle.

Miguel has an extensive background in both fitness and the healing arts. Miguel embarked in his journey as an instructor in 2017 and holds a 200 hour certification and informed-care Yoga for Trauma. Miguel loves to get his classes to focus on his limbic system and parasympathetic systems to engage deep connection between breathe and body somatic experience.

I believe that breathing is my power and driving motor of my emotional regulation.
