Emily started yoga in 2016 in Dallas, TX. Since then, she has traveled all over and had the pleasure of experiencing many types of yoga. In 2020, she began integrating meditation into her practice and found it to be a magical combination that she wants to share with the world.

Emily has her 200hr yoga teacher certification and is finishing up her 300hr certification. She has a Bachelors in Business Management and a Masters in Criminology.

Emily is blissfully married to her brilliant husband and has three fur babies. When she is not teaching or practicing, she loves spending time with her family and friends outside or exploring the amazing world!
