No equipment is necessary;
however, participants are welcome to bring their own gear if they have it.

Meet Charlie
With over 25 years of experience in martial arts and a black belt in Taekwondo, Charlie brings a deep respect for movement, discipline, and mind-body connection to every class. His passion is helping others discover their own balance, confidence, and strength through movement.
Charlie believes yoga and pilates practitioners have a natural foundation for martial arts - their flexibility, balance, and unique strength create the perfect gateway to this dynamic practice. His sessions blend mindfulness with movement, guiding students toward confidence, focus, and a renewed sense of vitality.
