Hi I'm Natalie, I fell in love with yoga in New York City in the early 2000s. Now back in my hometown teaching for the last three years, I'm delighted to help guide students to new places in their yoga journey - physical, mental and emotional. What I love most about yoga is that it fosters acceptance, confidence, peace of mind and mental clarity. Strength is never only physical. I look forward to seeing you in class.
